Spotify’s On Repeat is pretty nifty, isn’t it?
On Repeat has become my go-to playlist recently and it’s been dope. It has all the songs that I love, and it saves me time from having to decide which albums to play. I pick On Repeat and voila — the songs are surefire bops.
But because I’ve been listening to this playlist a lot, the songs have been pretty much the same for months now. As much as I enjoy guaranteed hits, the sawá factor can also get to me, and I need to cleanse my palate with new songs every now and then. We all do, don’t we?
Anyway, this quick post is just to share with you the top 10 songs that have been shuffling around my On Repeat playlist in the past months. Who knows, maybe some of you may discover new songs from this list. Luha’s been so underrated. Love it how Rico Blanco conjures his haunting lyrics in this song. Damn, I can only wish I have his song writing skills.

“if you have song recommendations based on my favorite tracks, please let me know” – Spotify’s and YT’s algorithm does the same, tama ba? but these algorithms are seeing 1’s and 0’s, not music. Wala lang gusto ko lang sabihin yon. hehe
suggestions, assuming di mo pa sila napakinggan: Coeli’s “Magkaibigan” at may duet sila ni Clara “Puno”. Cheats’ “Drunk”, “Sleepist”, “Accidents”. Sa Ciudad/Hannah+Gabi, favorite ko yung “the drummer of nirvana is now with foo fighters” or something like that. ☺

Naaaks, may pa-quotable quote. Hahaha. Actually wala naman akong problema sa algorithm ng YT at Spotify. Keri lang, sakto lang, ganyan. Haha.
Sige pakikinggan ko mga ‘yan! Marami ring Cheats sa On Repeat ko, mainly galing sa ‘Before the Babies’ hehe. At solid nga ‘yung That Guy from Nirvana! 😀

Hala! Buti nabasa ko ito! Ang saya nung songs on repeat!!!! Nalaman ko rin anong lagi kong pinapakinggan hahaha! Galengs! Wala naman akong masyadong sajestment, although bukod sa OPM hits, yung bandang WILD ang marami sa playlist ko. Nakaka-uplift kasi ng spirits yung beat nila. Napapasayaw ako hehe. 🙂
