this one’s for the quitters

Did you start the year with big goals and then promptly give up on them? Same. Hard same.

Well, kind of.

I haven’t been feeling great the past week, but I’m hoping it’s just a temporary glitch in the matrix. Period stuff, maybe? Mercury gatorade? Charot. Who knows.

Anyway, here’s another audio log.

    If you had set goals of working out every other day, but ended up working out everyday, even if it was for a brief time, maybe you just over did it? And then you got sick as you were/are run down. 🀷 I’m just throwing things out there.
    I hope you feel better and get back to what you want to do.

  2. the book freakonomics had a chapter devoted to the merits of quitting. they talked about how a faster sense of quitting led people to success in other things.

    this is precisely what a person like myself needed to hear to justify my candy cravings. lol Mike
